Meet Our Incredible Team of Doctors
Dr. Zuleika Javed obtained her DDS degree from the UNC School of Dentistry in 2012. After working for a short period in Wilmington, she married her classmate and co-owner of Serene Dental Spa, Dr. Andrew Tran. Following years of experience as an associate dentist for multiple dental practices, Dr. Javed and her husband decided to start their own dental practice in Weddington near Waxhaw and Wesley Chapel.
Dr. Tran spent his childhood and education in Charlotte, NC. After graduating from Providence High School, he attended UNC Charlotte, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biology. He obtained his DDS degree at the UNC School of Dentistry in 2012, where he also met Dr. Zuleika Javed, who he married in 2013. Dr. Tran worked as an associate dentist for various dental practices before establishing Serene Dental Spa alongside his wife, Dr. Javed.
Dr. Hoang completed his Bachelor of Science at Portland State University in Portland, OR, then moved to Chapel Hill, NC to start his healthcare career journey in the pharmacy program and explore what the East Coast had to offer. During his time at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he was Dr. Tran’s housemate, where they participated in multiple Mission of Mercy events.
